Football began in the streets. It developed through clubs, camps, tournaments and competitive environments in India, before the journey continued in Italy.
Off the pitch, Aayu studies Global Humanities at Sapienza University of Rome, with a particular interest in humanities and philology. The two worlds offer different ways of understanding people, culture, language, movement and identity.
